Returns when the caller's vehicles arrived at and left their service centre areas: one row per arrival and one per departure, not one per sample.

Notes

`polygon_status` is 1 for entering the area and 0 for leaving it, so a three-hour visit is two rows. Date defaulting: both dates absent returns the newest 100 rows; only `to_datetime` sets the start to 30 days before it; only `from_datetime` sets the end to now. A windowed request returns up to 10,000 rows. Visits are retained for 30 days, and a window that ends before that floor returns action_value '4' rather than an empty success. Action values: '0' success, '1' user not found, '2' vehicle_id missing from the caller's fleet, not permitted, or supplied in an unusable form (blank or non-numeric), '3' from_datetime later than to_datetime, '4' window older than retention, '999' general error. `date_time` carries no trailing Z, matching the published specification, and `license_number` / `geometry_name` are URL-encoded like every other string field.

Response

Successful responses always wrap the action's payload in response.properties. The action_value field reports the handler outcome: "0" for success, "1" for invalid params, "2" for not allowed, "3" for limit-exceeded /pagination-session-expired, "999" for general error.
